Before taking on any engagement, we will undertake a robust analysis of your current system/s and assess our own capabilities, and ensure our understanding, skills and capabilities match your expectations. We will provide an overview of our approach and expected outputs relative to your specific challenge along with how we can utilise our experience to do this. This gives you the certainty that we’re the right people to trust with your project before spending a cent. Before we raise any invoices, we will always confirm that you've received what we committed to providing along with detailed job entry notes and the opportunity for discussion or clarification first.
