Zoho One includes more than 40 enterprise-level online applications to grow sales, market your business, do your accounting, communicate with teammates and customers, and much more. Zoho One covers web, mobile, and installed versions of the applications, as well as browser extensions and other useful extras.
One of our favourite features of Zoho is the ability to extend and customise the applications – which are already incredibly powerful and configurable off the shelf. Whether it’s tweaking layouts, colouring and branding ‘look and feel’ right through to custom scripting, functions, API integrations and a massive click-to-deploy application marketplace from a myriad of vendors and third parties across the globe.
Another popular feature is portals - whether it's a quick setup for Zoho's inbuilt portals to provide your customers access to their data, or view their services, invoices and more, or something more demanding, for instance a custom portal with a completely configurable UI and the ability to present customer data form across multiple apps (i.e. view their tickets in Desk, Products from CRM and any files/documents in Workdrive) we can do it all.
