These three organisations all approached DDL with similar challenges - they needed an enhanced digital presence to best represent their emerging brands, products and services in a budget-friendly manner. Crystal Magic also wanted to transition from selling exclusively through social media to a web-based eCommerce platform.
the Solution(s)
DDL created new websites using combining modern styling and functional layouts best practices within a very tight budget. All sites underwent A/B testing to aid in selecting the optimal final version of the sites and are integrated via Google Analytics and Zoho PageSense to ensure the business owners have access to a range of contextual metrics to assist with measuring traffic and conversion performance.
For Crystal Magic, DDL created an integrated shopping cart which provides automated order notifications and updates via SMS, automatically adds customers to Zoho CRM and creates shipping information via GoSweetSpot and all product information is provided through a tightly-integrated and very easy to use CMS.
